Biography
After graduating from Paris VII in literary translation from English to French,
Manuel Benguigui began translating professionally while working in an art gallery.
He now has over 20 years’ experience in the art market.
He spent 15 years at Galerie Meyer – Oceanic and Arctic Art (Paris, France) with which he participated in the most important Art Fairs (TEFAF Maastricht, Frieze Masters, Paris Biennale) before founding MB Art Research to help
art market players complete the history and provenance of their artworks.
He is also a writer and translator.
